Shipping policy



Effective Date: August 18, 2025

1. Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we’ve received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment method.

We then confirm availability with our suppliers. If an item is unavailable or on backorder, we will notify you by email and void the pre-authorization. If your item is available for immediate shipment, we’ll process the charges and begin preparing your order.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST begin processing the same day.

  • Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipment and Delivery

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 4–7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Not currently offered.

  • International Shipping: Not available at this time.

All shipments are insured, and tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

4. Shipping Costs

We proudly offer Free Insured Shipping on all items — no minimum purchase, no hidden fees.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Please inspect your items at delivery. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt or refuse the package.

  • If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days. We’ll work directly with the carrier on your behalf and arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

  • If your order tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, please verify your shipping address and contact us immediately.

6. Missing Items

If any items are missing from your order, notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details. We’ll promptly resolve the issue with either a replacement or refund.
