3. Return Eligibility
You may return most products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Unused and Undamaged: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

Original Packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging, labels, and accessories.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required.
4. Return Process

Prepare Your Return: Pack items securely in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Ship the Return: Sunny Pickings provides prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for downloading and printing the label. Items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving authorization.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Sunny Pickings covers return shipping.

Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping. A 25% restocking fee will apply.
6. Refunds

Approval Required: Refunds are issued after we inspect and approve the returned item.

Refund Method: Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Processing Time: Allow 5–7 business days after approval for funds to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds: Issued for items returned in damaged condition (not due to our error) or after the 30-day window.
7. Exchanges

Wrong/Damaged/Defective Items: Exchanges are free of charge.

Change of Mind: Exchanges may be approved, but shipping and restocking fees apply.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Inspect all packages upon delivery. If damage is visible, note it with the carrier before accepting.

If a shipment is lost or delayed beyond 15 business days, we’ll work with the carrier and either replace your order or issue a full refund.
9. Order Cancellation
