This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Sunny Pickings website at https://sunnypickings.com. Our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with your order.

3. Return Eligibility

You may return most products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Unused and Undamaged: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging, labels, and accessories.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required.

4. Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at Support@Sunnypickings.com or +1 (442)-221-9746 within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack items securely in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

  3. Ship the Return: Sunny Pickings provides prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for downloading and printing the label. Items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving authorization.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Sunny Pickings covers return shipping.

  • Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping. A 25% restocking fee will apply.

6. Refunds

  • Approval Required: Refunds are issued after we inspect and approve the returned item.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Allow 5–7 business days after approval for funds to appear in your account.

  • Partial Refunds: Issued for items returned in damaged condition (not due to our error) or after the 30-day window.

7. Exchanges

  • Wrong/Damaged/Defective Items: Exchanges are free of charge.

  • Change of Mind: Exchanges may be approved, but shipping and restocking fees apply.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Inspect all packages upon delivery. If damage is visible, note it with the carrier before accepting.

  • Contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage.

  • If a shipment is lost or delayed beyond 15 business days, we’ll work with the carrier and either replace your order or issue a full refund.

9. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: Orders may be canceled for a full refund.

  • After Shipment: Please follow the standard return process.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.
